We accept payments via Bank Transfer,  Paypal, Dragon Pay securely via
our website. In areas where our own delivery partners/drivers deliver, there is also
the option of cash on delivery (COD).

We require the person who placed and paid for the order to sign on the delivery receipt
as well as a sighting of the credit card used to make payment.


We accept different payment options. You can either pay via Dragonpay or Paypal, the two most reliable online payment services in the world.

1. Track Your Order:

Our delivery partners confirm your order and pick up products from our warehouse.
From there, you can track your delivery status via a reference number or
confirmation code which shall be sent to you via SMS.

2. What happens if you’re not home to accept delivery?

Please kindly make sure you or an authorized representative is available to receive the
items on the delivery date. A corresponding fee will be charged if our delivery partners
confirm that address given is erroneous or if no one is home to accept the delivery.

3. Stock Availability:

Your order will be delivered from the nearest available warehouse. We always try to
ensure that stock are available, but if there are any delays or other problems with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
